Seena Amidi is Managing Partner for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Plug and Play, the Silicon Valley innovation platform ranked by CB Insights as the most active startup accelerator in the world from 2020 to 2022 and today active in 50-plus locations globally. A member of the family that founded Plug and Play, he sits on the firm’s board and has been one of the key architects of the platform’s international expansion beyond Silicon Valley. He began his career at Baarzo, a video-technology startup acquired by Google in 2014, before building several of Plug and Play’s flagship industry verticals — including New Materials & Packaging, Food & Beverage, and Brand & Retail — connecting large enterprises such as PepsiCo and Tyson with technology startups. He holds an MBA from EAE Business School and is based in Barcelona.
